AI TRANSPARENCY

Our commitment to transparency on AI

HOW DOES QLOA WORK?

QLOA uses artificial intelligence to power conversational assistants. Our technology is based on:

Proprietary RAG architecture

Our Retrieval-Augmented Generation system is trained exclusively on the data you provide us (FAQs, documentation, product catalog). It never draws on unauthorized external sources.

Specialized agents

Several AI agents work together to process each request: lead qualification, technical support, product recommendations. Each agent is an expert in their field.

ARE YOUR DATA USED TO TRAIN AI?

No.

Your conversation data belongs to you. It is never:

• Used to train external AI models
• Shared with other customers
• Used for third-party commercial purposes

WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED?

In France only.

Our infrastructure is hosted on certified servers located in France. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

WHAT ARE THE LIMITATIONS OF AI?

Although effective, QLOA's AI may occasionally:

• Produce inaccurate responses
• Fail to understand certain complex or ambiguous requests
• Require human intervention for specific cases

That's why we've integrated an intelligent escalation system: when a conversation exceeds the capabilities of AI, an enriched ticket is automatically created for your teams.

YOUR RIGHTS

You retain complete control over your data:

• Export on demand
• Deletion at any time
• Full access to conversation history
• Real-time knowledge base editing
